I just made spaghetti with tuna sauce. I'll probably get sick of tuna later in the evening (I usually am) so best wash it down with mineral water and belch real loud, yup

starters carrot and butterbean soup

main course steamed salmon on a saffron and chilli rissotto,with new potatoes,peas,and roasted butternut squash.

dessert clotted cream rice pudding,and chocolate trifle

with lashings of pinot grigio and a remy brandy.
