I'm sorry, but every teacher from middle school to my senior year seemed to think Dead Poets' Society was a great film to show during class.

To which the simple answer is don't set so much work that needs marking! I mark exercise books once a half-term which takes maybe an hour per class, so 5 or 6 hours every six weeks... Set lots of research/learn homeworks is the way forward anf get kids to mark their own/each others' work in class... The worst part of the job is parents evening/meetings... Always the same, dull as fuck and usually clash with the footy...

But my realistic one would be to be my own boss and develop software and websites from home.
But since I suck at selling myself, this will probably never happen unless I can team with somebody able to get contracts.
I'm sick of 9 to 5 and I'm sick of my alarm clock... I just don't fit in that, I'm a night owl...
Being single, I would probably give it a try, but not sure it would be a good thing to do...
On the total opposite direction, I must say I quite like the record production ;) of course Community isn't a very valuable experience in that department, but it's more interesting than my job at the current moment, that's for sure! I'm stuck doing very boring work since the beginning of the year and to be totally honest, I really need a kick in the arse to get my motivation back.

developing rubrics for papers and projects is a real life saver. they cut down on grading time by hours and it makes it much easier to justify your grade, as well (especially if it's a paper). beats the hell out of holistic grading.
