when the cup is ours tomorrow afternoon, then here's the route for the bus parade on Sunday.

Come on down. grab a spot & bring your camera.

The Reds' players and staff will travel on an open-top bus over a ten mile route, with the parade beginning at Mather Avenue police training offices in Allerton at 1.45pm.

The route will then be as follows:

Mather Avenue Allerton Road Queens Drive County Road Walton Road Kirkdale Road Scotland Road Byrom Street Hunter Street New Islington

Poor footballists know nothing of murray walker. You probably just caused their coach to crash on the way to the game.

You better have been touching wood when you posted that :nono:

If not, K is for Kermit, obviously..

and...as is normal for whenever I want to watch a match on TV, it's on Setanta over here, which means I'd have to find a bar or restaurant showing the damn thing...guess I'll just sit here and watch Hamburg take on Werder Bremen...

stupid Setanta and equally stupid Fox Soccer Channel...

Ha ha. As Gerrard rips a hole in the back of Hislop's net you can clearly lipread Anton Ferdinand turn round and say Oh Bollocks

Liverpool really are becoming the kings of comebacks!

And you'll also find that the police have made sure West Ham have their Victory parade route already planned.

i have to admit i was rooting for the hammers, as if they lost i was worried a friend of mine who i'm staying with in scotland was going to jump off a bridge (he used to drive from his home in sweden--ferries and all--to watch home matches at upton park. that's dedication for you.) still, congrats to liverpool!

FFS because the stupid chavs didn't understand how many minutes are in 90 minutes, I am watching strictly cocsuckers-who-need-stabbed instead of Dr Who.

Surely both Ballroom dancing and football are about how high you can jump without ruining your lovely hair, surely this program should have been cut. Everything stops for chavball in this country, but tomorrow if the GP over-runs by 20 secs someone will be on saying " do not panic, do not attempt independent thought, Coronation street WILL be on soon"

great to see the BBC use Sigur Ros's 'Hoppippola' song at the end to summarise the years at the Millenium stadium and Liverpool's win today.

doubt any dumb Football fans got it though:sleep:

Sorry about the above folks, I gather it was a penalty thingy.

In the end I think that "strictly come covered in fake tan with a welded smile" was better than most of tonight's Dr.

I also meant to watch the match, but my PC went "pop" (again) during the F1 and I had to spend all afternoon elbow deep in it doing things that, well, i wont discuss.

So well done the scousers and all that, lock up yer hubcaps :D

Fcuking amazed how many [ahem] 'Scousers' were out in Muswell Hill tonight and how well they've all affected genu-ine 'Cocker-knee' accents since they moved here from Liverpewl.

Bless.

I too meant to watch the match but fell asleep before it started - starting time here was 11.30pm. I did however wake up for all the goals due to the woops from Mr Barnette!! From what I saw it looked like one of the best FA Cup matches for a long while.

That last goal from Gerrard at the 90 minute mark was a peach.

He's one of those quiet, understated actors who is just brilliant.

Great match. Plenty of beers. West Ham gave their all and we nearly did it if it wasn't for that pesky Gerrard!.

I hope he can make as much difference for England as he does at Liverpool, cos lets be honest-without him the wouldnt have won either the FA Cup or last years Champions League.

And they certainly wouldnt have finished third in the Prem.

Credit to both teams, it was a good final. I was hoping for a West Ham win though and they came so close. Unlucky
