Not strictly true tho is it. They didn't become NO the moment Ian breathed his last, they were just 3 really freaked out fuckers for quite some time.
EDIT: I lost me cherry at 26, maybe NO will finally have a number one that isn't some KA lyrics over a rehash of a Morris+Gilbert BBC tv theme

Shit Cambo, i never thought you even liked fruit, nevermind cherries. i had you down as a cheeseburger and chips man. btw: its probably fell down the back of your tardis somewhere.
Aye, said it on DR, but since this seems to have become the main thread, I'll say it hear as well... Whatever the truth about Ian, he was an incredible lyricist and songwriter, and the world is a lesser place without him... I wish you were here with us now...

RIP IC. Everything is by design.
Ian Kevin Curtis- not always mentioned around these parts-Nowt forgotten by any means though. Hope they've got a decent amount of lager on tap for ye oop there or down below mate.
A thread starts with a mention of poor Mr Curtis and his unfortunate accident, and a few minutes later we've got Campbo's spunk dripping out of some lass's minge.
A weight off that not-so-young man's 'shoulders' anyway.....

yeah well I just mentioned it as a co-incidence is all, I didn;t expect it to take over the thread.
And yes it WAS, an extrmely heavy weight removed. :D
I'm really glad to see there have been now shoe-gazing gothic sourgobs in here pissing n about it. (Ian that is) I think it's daft, by all accounts, Ian was a grade A party mammal.

Agreed. There's a time and a place for the usual BCD over-familiarity bollocks and a thread commemorating the anniversary of a sad end to a young guy's life with such an important link to this site should be spared you would think ![]()
