Sadly, I've heard nothing bar the reports (and pics) of Fergie after she'd peed in her pants onstage.

Never expected anything like BEP appear on this forum. :) Ah well after threads abour Motley Crew, Black Sabbath, Bob Dylan, etc. nothing surprises.
I can't hate them with the same passion that a lot of people seem to reserve for hip-hop artists. The fact that they have a strong female singer in the mix is a nice slap-in-the-face of traditional hip-hop machismo, and the songs of theirs that I've heard (before they're played into the ground by radio and the NBA) are pretty decent. Inoffensive and doesn't have any impact on my life, so...they're alright by me ![]()
Sorry if that doesn't fit in well with the rest of the clique ![]()

Inoffensive? Have you heard the "My HUMPS" song.... :\ohwell:
Here is a nice sampling of the lyrics.
What you gon' do with all that junk? All that junk inside your trunk?I'ma get, get, get, get, you drunk,Get you love drunk off my hump.My hump, my hump, my hump, my hump, my hump,My hump, my hump, my hump, my lovely little lumps. (Check it out)My love, my love, my love, my loveYou love my lady lumps,My hump, my hump, my hump,My humps they got u
Ok, maybe its not offensive, its just lame. (Although, I admit their first single from their new album was pretty catchy)

I meant "inoffensive" as in "they're not going to make me feel either hate or love for their music, just a flacid indifference and grudging tolerance for the passing of their songs through my life through whatever means have to be used to communicate them" ![]()
:p

You're right, they'll be gone and forgotten in two years.

Thought they were good years back when did the singles "Joints & Jams" and "Request Line",that was before they brought the girl in-about 1999/2000. But now they`re popular they seem to have lost what i liked about them.
Still,i find it funny people think they started when "Where Is The Love?" came out. They`d already had about 3 albums released!.
Saw them at the Oxegen Festival a couple of years ago, thought they were pretty good live. Wouldn't buy their music though.
Don't like them at all.
Fergie used to be a stunning girl, naturally pretty, but she's ruined herself with collagen and botox and now looks plastic.

Jelly Babies - The favorite snack of Doctor Who (Tom Baker), an alien Timelord from the planet Gallifrey on the British sci-fi series DR. WHO/BBC/1963-89. Doctor Who always had a bag of Jelly Baby candies on hand to assuage his sweet tooth. He kept a bag of these chewy snacks in his coat pocket and frequently offered one to new acquaintances or to his close friends.
Doctor:
Would you like a jelly baby?
Leela:
It's true then! They say the Evil One eats babies.
Doctor:
You mustn't believe all they say.
from TVacres.com
Although my personal favourite will always be.......
"nobody truly evil ever eats jelly babies"
