Well, check my avatar - there's the answer.
I'm not red haired but the rest of Stimpy's character fits me well

Let's stop after over emotional

This was harder to answer then I figured it would be, but I think that I would be Rich Hunter for the Robotech Series that came out in the mid 80's.
He gets to fly cool as planes that can transform into Mecha, fight giant aliens and gets the girl at the end of the series.

Taboo # 7 would remind of Dale Gribble from King of The Hill by the way he comes up with topics

I'm tempted to say Felix the cat but I shall go with Bugs Bunny. I grew up with him, and the lagomorph simply exudes coolness. He was based on Humphy Bogart and the Bogey savoir faire shows itself quite clearly in the cartoons. This guy has defeated Elmer Fudd, Daffy Duck, Yosemete Sam, and even the Nazis!

Oh, well, if we're talking comic books too then I guess I'll go with Wolverine. Nobody will fcuk with a surly dude with adamantium class...except Magneto.

If I included comic book characters, the it would be Mr. Fix-it, the Grey Hulk from the McFarlane era. Almost as strong as the green hulk, but way way smarter.
Wolverine would have also been up there as a choice along with a few others. Helps to have almost 7,000 comic books at home for reference material :D

That's true. I've seen it before, but I think of X-Men as a comic book first and foremost.
