with the amount of crap you post, you'd have to a natural shed inmate. what exactly do you find so disagreeable about the shed?

Is there a rota for who's turn it is to kick off with the personal abuse round here, or is it just whoever's got the worst case of stella poisoning?

Having said that, anyone reading the final three or so pages on there would EASILY be forgiven for drawing the precise conculsion you have.

But it wears me down.......

First it's....We don't like your sort round here....get in the shed! Then it's.... no one in the shed likes or knows anything about New Order (it's a personal favourite of mine and I'm sure the shedmaster general who recorded half the bootlegs you all listen to got a good belly larf out of it and all) Then it's .....we don't like what you do in your shed.

Fellow shed residents and occasional guests, I suspect the next phase is one of those Roach fumigation sprays in the shed window in the middle of a game.

PS, Kershie.....jem's right, you're mad as a badger on mushrooms, dry yer eyes mate :D

Fcuking hope not. Have you seen any sheds recently? Even the toughest of them would fall apart under seige. Couple of cauldrons of burning oil or a direct hit from a trebuchet and they'd be fcut. If you're gonna brick yourself off from the outside world and invite attack then at least choose a castle, or a substantial manor house as yer basecamp. Don't pick a lightweight garden structure which starts to rattle at the slightest of gales.

Remember, a higher percentage of Shedheads attend New Order gigs than the rest of us mere mortals. They're the best!

Al please desist from using that as if it was said that way. U know perfectly well it was a simple mathematical response to a VERY simple loada dribble about nobody in the shed ever going to gigs. I countered ridiculous, retarded dribbles, with exactly the same, and I feel a bit hard done by that you single out what I said (which, since I never said the bit about being best, just the plain maths of it, is true) and omit the plainly false thinking which brought it on.

PS, judging from the original pics of Johnny's shed that gave rise to the name of the thread....I would offer that a trebuchet may be less suited to the task than a firm shove :D

Maybe J.A.K.'s idea of a garage would prove to be a wiser choice, then...

I know this has been discussed before, but the quote about various 'groups' of NOOLers dedication to gig-going, etc. was taken out of context and its continued use to have a dig at everyone and anyone who posts in the Shed only creates more divisions and antagonism... I'm not trying to claim any superiority for myself or anyone else who be lumped under the banner of 'Shedhead'...

We are the best though... :thumb:

Sorry Steve - couldn't remember who said that in the first place - I didn't see the original context of the quote - it has been brought up a few times since, and used on its own I don't think it is terribly accurate, maybe because I let the side down having never seen NO live, BUT i did say that I thought it was taken out of context, which it clearly was... I was trying (and not succeeding terribly eloquently) to point out that I, for one, didn't want to be portrayed as being part of any elitist group claiming superiority over others, not that that is the case with anyone, but that's how it's portrayed sometimes... Didn't mean to suggest that you were in any way trying to be elitist or make false claims, fella... Apologies... :(

That's easy for you to say. I love this. Putting a knife in your pocket is cowardly. Beating up someone too sick to defend themselves=height of nobility. And when your balls arse and armpits are covered in bleeding sores the size of satsumas, and you've taken so many pills you throw up constantly, your mind's not the sharpest. But I'm just paranoid and a violent thug. If you want pics I will post them BTW, in case yo think this is all some convenient lie.

EDIT: It amuses me that BA's threat is dismissed as "just a wee laugh" but me mentioning a knife is remembered and believed. Seems that is how lowly I am thought of round here, another smelling Irish terrorist thug.

I don't rate BA either. Murdoch was funny though.:evil4:

Murdoch had of course Escaped from the asylum.

Hannibal was the coolest one by far.

And he easily makes the top 3 cigar smokers of all time list.:shades:

Now you know you're just being a drama queen...........

Someone saying they owe you a smack in the mush hardly warrants blades and a battle plan does it?

Doesn't make it right, but we both know you are not going to be beaten up, sick, or not sick........... and even if someone really threatened you such violence, that ain't the way to deal with it- is it?

Blades and stuff takes things into a completely different dimension my friend, and i DO, unfortunatly, know too much about that kind of world.

That is why people remember what you said, especially me...........and no, doesn't mean what BA said was right, but you took things to another level!

And do not take this as a dig, but we've all gone round the merry-go-round and it's time to drop it, pal.

Actually I only raised it, because the knife was raised again Bonz. I Don't take it as a dig at all mate, actually, I read it as the most sense anyone has said on the subject. I AM being a drama queen probably, I don't really think BA, or anyone here is that way. But you know better than most here, my head ends up in tatters when things kick off around my sore bits, it's hard to see things straight. And he probably DOES owe me one too ;)

but for the last time...

I Stephen Campbell do hereby solemnly swear that I never for one second meant the knife comment. Furthermore that the only knife you will ever find in my posession will either be on my leatherman (which is a slightly less effective weapon than a plastic butter knife, and wouldn't get taken to a gig anyway) or a fillet knife wrapped in a pair of decaying boxershorts which lives in my fishing tackle bag.

When did this start appearing in the English language?! "My bad"?!

It's nonsense, but I'm seeing it everywhere now. Just read a pub review of somewhere I'm visiting Sunday and the review ended "My bad".

My bad whaaat?! Speak proper!

This may be American slang. I know it's been around over here for at least 10 years anyway. Slang-one of America's leading exports. Not to mention bad fashion (e.g. Britney Spears syle clothing).

Can you also refrain from detailing us with every problem you have? You may be wallowing in pus but I don't understand your need to wallow in self pity every time you post.

Steve, it's your life, I'm sorry if your having a hard time time but get on with it.

haha i actually overstated my dislike for BA (both mr. t and our very own).

but my original point stands. we're not chummy chums.

Mr. T in the year 2000 was great

"In the year 2000 fools from all over the world will come to my house and demand that I stop pitying them. But it will be raining and I will not be home, so I will continue to pity the fool"

I do not particularly like mentioning it ( I mean, it's hardly a great calling card), but considering I am in agony and on enough meds to befuddle a rhino, I feel the information is salient. "I'm not too well" would really conjour up images of a few sniffles. The truth is that I am a person at the VERY edge of his sanity, and the pressure is piling on day after day, and in light of that, maybe folks shouldn't judge what I'm saying just now as representative of my general personality. And if you think the way I am here is bad, you should see the mails I been sending work after them telling me I must work from may to august for free to pay back money to them they never paid me LOL. I appreciate it's not exactly dinnertime entertainment, and trust me, you only got the very briefest of highlights. Comes and goes BTW, might be fine in a few more days.

No one fucking believed you were going to bring a knife no one believed you are a violent thug or implied otherwise

lots of people (based on comments) thought you were blowing Nick's comment way out of proportion and were acting a bit dramatic.

no one thought he was noble in "threatening" you and many people didn't really think it was a threat.. He said he still "owed you one". CALL THE POLICE!!!

There was no threat

Stop letting people wind you up!

Please do not sue people becasue they made fun of you on the internet

If something makes you angry before you respond walk away.. ask yourself

  1. will this bring me more shit?
  2. am I sharing TMI?
  3. does it matter in the long run what these people think?

The answer is probably yes, yes, and no (hopefully).

If you come to these answers... post a picture of something obscene and let it go.

They are really only winding you up and you're playing the perfect patsy

it's not anyone choosing sides.. so just stop
