The happiest song in the world :)

Seeing as the "saddest song" thread is running long and a lot of us must be looking nervously at any exposed razor blades in the near vicinity while we rack our brains thinking of depressing songs, let's lighten the mood a bit. After all, it is summer (at least in the northern hemispehre) and there's plenty of good music for when you're more upbeat. :thumb:

So anyway, some of my nominees:

Sunny Afternoon - The Kinks Temptation - NO Rudie Can't Fail - The Clash Twist and Shout - The Beatles If You Find Yourself Caught In Love - Belle and Sebastian Everyday I Write the Book - Elvis Costello

I forgot to mention. Even though I love Here Comes the Sun, I think Stacy's Mom by Fountains of Wayne is also a happy song. :thumb:

OK, Regret is happy in its sound and lyrics. Now, I'm going to suggest something cute, but corny. The Hampsterdance song.

Not that I can understand what the singer is saying, but "The Skin of My Yellow Country Teeth" by Clap Your Hands Say Yeah is on repeat in my car lately. Really like that song :thumb:
