Right, we're playing Glasgow on September 9th, so can anyone recommend a good value for money hotel in Glasgow please?

Isn't it your birthday do the day before??

We're having to cancel that, as the rest of the band are too old to play two gigs in two nights! Fair enough actually, as they've got to drive up to Glasgow in a van with all the gear, and that will take up to 8 hours.

Birthday gig will be rescheduled for later in the month (or maybe even earlier), and may also coincide with a Digital gig in Holborn.

Almost got a shock last time i stayed there.

Ibis Hotel £49 for a twin. Premier Travel Inn at Charing Cross might be even cheaper. Both about £3 in a cab from the Woodside Social (if it's the same gig you mentioned in L/pool).

Same gig yes, but they may be switching the venue to somewhere bigger. You're on the guestlist anyway Mr F.
