Haven't really run afoul of any lately. Cozzie was the most recent one to bring a reign of pain upon herself, but that can be ascribed to youthful enthusiasm. The thing about NOOL that distinguishes it from other message boards I've been on is the amazing amount of tolerance for some people who might get run out of town sooner on lesser websites.
That being said, I'm still trying to get Comrade Shampanyov off my freakin' back

And, in my defence, more than a few other people on this site have been to, and continue to go to, said gigs. Not my fault that I actually get out and see bands, and meet people instead of sticking photos up of me in hospital or standing outside the local library or whatever it was.

Just to digress for a minute, seeing as they appear to be so popular, does anyone else have any photos of themselves standing outside any local municipal buildings? Not just libraries? Maybe a school? Or Hospital? Or maybe even a Town Hall? If so, feel free to start a thread about it. And sit back and relax, as you become the most popular person on the board!

It's weird, you see this SO many places online....the newbie as enemy of the people. As has been mentioned, we were all new once. Newbies are the fresh intake ,the lifeblood of any form of social grouping.
Makes me chuckle, it's like objecting to babies. (actually I do object to babies in my imeadiate area, but not just generally, sort of, on principal).
Serval people on here have managed to push me to somewhere beyond incandescence and verging on apoplexy, but it usually last only about as long as it takes for me to fire back a load of shite, or see a shiny object, whichever occurs first. I can't think of anyone hereabouts whose very existence offends me in the least.
I remember ages ago when i was a newbie on The Killers Message Boards, i didn't realise at first but it was all teenagers (intelligent ones i have to say). They slated me everytime i went on, didn't get my sense of humour and i couldn't argue back because i didn't understand the names they were using

Unfortunately for you, last Friday night's game was between Collingwood and Port Adelaide - however, it wasn't a bad game and I won't tell you who won as it was close.
We'll be fighting for top spot again but we have to beat Port and Eagles have to beat a fast finishing Freo. Should be interesting.
