The wee rotund fella is doing porridge, he was sharing a cell with Rocket Mick, but Mick was let out for good behaviour. According to Garymac's latest letter he says he will be out for the October gigs, he had fucking better be cos he has my Glasgow ticket!!!!

Honorable mentions to Muffy, Liv, Johan Scott, Kezzie, JSB, Huntsman and his brother Patrick, Seb Briggs, Marty Gray, Johnny Giles, DoN, Clayts & Dufford Charleywood to name but a few.

I've spoken to Huntsman and Patrick this morning.

Patrick has had the excellent idea of holding a NOOL WFTSC Class of '05 reunion.

We'll rabbit on about Homer for a bit and then lose interest and drift off.

Perhaps a random non-posting Ozzy Osbourne fan could be discussed. And films that nobody is interested in. And whether the dog from the front of Ceremony should be redrawn in order to conform to current health and safety regulations.

The conversation could be interrupted every ten posts or so by people complaining quite hysterically.

Date and time to be arranged

No, she is virtualghali, pretty obvious really! The search facility doesn't work properly, so unless you had been around at the time to know the stream of utter shit that our "Algerian" friend came out with, you wouldn't even have heard of him. Sad I think, but there you go.

And, coincidentally, Virtual01 last logged on on the very day that Krisna arrived here. Why am I thinking of the first line of Player In The League?

hmm..one of the more intriguing conspiracy theories I've heard. I never knew vitualone, but is he clever enough for all this? I can't wait till moring NZ time for krisna's rebuttal.

Is Clockwork C still around? How about Tarbox?

Who was it who pissed all over WFTSC and said they'd be back when a new album came out? A Michigan resident, maybe...

We need to send Chuck Norris into Vietnam to search for the MIA NOOLers...because maybe then I'll never have to wonder if there's a Ranger right behind me anymore :cowboy:

Looking at the amount of reading I'll have to do this semester (five English classes...yikes! :faint: ) I might soon join the list of the few, the proud, the unknown infrequent posters :(

He was anything but mad! Quite possibly the dullest person i have ever met.

I remember bumping into him once. He was going on with how he went to Dublin to see Morrissey. Should've seen his face drop when i listed all the ones i'd been to. (which come to think of it, was a rather tame list, this was before the days of 8 gigs in 12 days).

Remember his website. With its own ACR forum! Awesome.

Dammit, LE.

Your bucolic allusions make it so hard not to just drop everything in the office right now; spend a couple grand on tickets; cab it to the airport; jump on two days of flights and stopovers regardless of heightened terrorist threats; fill out the inane US immigration questionnaires; get an internal flight to Idaho; jump on a stage coach and horse it out to Boise for a full day of Fun Fair.

Do they use real grape flavour or synthetic stuff?

Far from being missing Muffy is alive and well after a two year stint in Bar-L for cattle rustling.

Anybody seeking proof should get down to Bloc, 177 Bath Street tonight where short-arse and yours truly will be manning the decks from 11 til 3 at "Das Boot" Glasgow's coolest late night music and booze extravaganza. No f***ing New Order on the playlist though. Guest slots from Camera Obscura, Andy Smith Portishead (Bank Holiday Sunday 24 Sept),Nifty Nevin (again) and Helen Marnie Ladytron all coming up between now and Xmas.

Moving slightly off-topic (apologies) does anybody have a decent quality version of the Captain & Tenile LWTUA v LWCUT track? The mp3 sent to me by a fellow NOOLer a while bacxk is a radio-rip of very low quality.

I tell you what, DC, it's a tough festival to pass on. Loverboy was on the main stage last night and I hear half the town turned out. Haven't got any reviews/setlists yet as it's only 10 a.m. and I imagine everyone is still passed out.

As for the sno-cones, it's only the real deal - especially for our visiting foreigners. And that includes Lou Gramm and crew (...who I think played here last year).
