Ah, you Value Diversity, that's an excellent trait in a Serial Killer.:thumb:

Far from being missing Muffy is alive and well after a two year stint in Bar-L for cattle rustling.

Anybody seeking proof should get down to Bloc, 177 Bath Street tonight where short-arse and yours truly will be manning the decks from 11 til 3 at "Das Boot" Glasgow's coolest late night music and booze extravaganza. No f***ing New Order on the playlist though. Guest slots from Camera Obscura, Andy Smith Portishead (Bank Holiday Sunday 24 Sept),Nifty Nevin (again) and Helen Marnie Ladytron all coming up between now and Xmas.

You'd never hear Hooky saying that! (Well he tried)

 50% of what he plays still? The public gets what the public wants I suppose!

Moving slightly off-topic (apologies) does anybody have a decent quality version of the Captain & Tenile LWTUA v LWCUT track? The mp3 sent to me by a fellow NOOLer a while bacxk is a radio-rip of very low quality.

Indeed. April was a brunette.

Sorry, IS a brunette, presuming she's still alive?! :uhoh:

jump on a stage coach and horse it out to Boise for a full day of Fun Fair

:abovelol:

I tell you what, DC, it's a tough festival to pass on. Loverboy was on the main stage last night and I hear half the town turned out. Haven't got any reviews/setlists yet as it's only 10 a.m. and I imagine everyone is still passed out.

As for the sno-cones, it's only the real deal - especially for our visiting foreigners. And that includes Lou Gramm and crew (...who I think played here last year).

i'm curious to know if mike reno still wears his whimsical terry cloth headbands. after all, one cannot work for the weekend without one.

I'd be surprised if your grape flavour won Lou over, LE. Heard he likes 'em midnight blue and cold as ice.

You're probably right and he was just being polite. But when we enjoyed a couple together backstage he said it feels like the first time, feels like the very first time.
