Thank God that's over... Very tricky week, what with being ill and post gig/Blue Saturday fragility... So what better way to celebrate the weekend than running around a football pitch till my lungs burst... :thumb: :nonono:

Well today i woke MIKE who was asleep in AMSTERDAM.I was hoping he might have been doing something in the RED LIGHT district but he is HAPPILY MARRIED. Been walking for a few hours to a very beautiful reservoir/quarry and contemplated the MEANING OF LIFE.Didn't find ANY answers so NOW i am going to IRON my BLACK VIKING T-shirt,don a badge or two and go for a DRINK with my two sons.I will bore them to death with little anecdotes about BURT REYNOLDS,NEW ORDER and drinking in MODERATION.If ONLY every NIGHT was FRIDAY.Should i shave my HEAD before i go?No need for a TAXI cos i am going to the 2nd NEAREST pub to my house.LOCAL PUBS FOR LOCAL VILLAINS. Rockey Mick........PLEASE Don't DANCE TO THE RADIO....people CAN see!   :D

Chin up, girl. Today is a new day!

And for some pondering time, read some Edna St. Vincent Millay starting with a favorite poem of mine . . .

"What lips my lips have kissed..."

WHOOT...just another day in the week...

What lips my lips have kissed, and where, and why, I have forgotten, and what arms have lain Under my head till morning; but the rain Is full of ghosts tonight, that tap and sigh Upon the glass and listen for reply, And in my heart there stirs a quiet pain For unremembered lads that not again Will turn to me at midnight with a cry. Thus in winter stands the lonely tree, Nor knows what birds have vanished one by one, Yet knows its boughs more silent than before: I cannot say what loves have come and gone, I only know that summer sang in me A little while, that in me sings no more.

Are you calling me a Tart?!?! Tee Hee  Ah well, In spite of the rumours to the contrary it turns out I am only human after all AND Capable of mistakes....Who knew???

LOL I doubt that Millay was thinking that she was a tart when she wrote that.

Being human means you can have an interesting life story... so keep living like there's no tomorrow.
