Sky Channel 442
Quite possibly the finest TV station of all time. Always showing old Internationals, old cricket, classic Match Of the Day. Fucking Brilliant.
Sadly, it hasnt got round to showing Stockport County: The Glory Years 1992-1998 yet.

watched Everton v West Ham. semi final at Villa Park 1980.
the pitch was a mudheap. Everton lost the replay at Elland Road.
and Bob Latchford looked thin.
and the number - 442 - is dead easy to remember.
most of the matches seem to be Liverpool, Yanaaated and Arsenal.
but whilst i like Cricket. West Indies v England from 1976.......Turn it in!!

Would those glory years include Stoke beating your lot at Wembley in 1992 (where, coincidentally, there were some 35000 Stoke fans and about 7000 County numpties)?? Or the time the Stoke & Stockport players' wives beat the shit out of each other in the main stand at the Victoria Ground???
Glory years in indeed, Liam!!

Our espn classic tends to show fucking boxing, old US football (which really isn't as exciting the 2nd time around or as watchable as old footie matches), and fucking manchester united "classics" from 3 years ago.
I dislike it and am very jealous of your espn classic..

Am I the only person here who thinks Slow Jam is a decent track, and not a steaming big curler?
They had the 2nd test from the 1995 England v West Indies series on last night.
Devon Malcolm was dropped, and replaced with Big Gus Fraser, and Domonic Cork made hsi England debut. Evenly poised as we go into Day 3.
