Maybe it's me, but it looks basically like a compilation of Borat skits from the Ali G show (which may very well be all that it is, I don't know) 
But it still looks hilarious

Hes grand in small doses - a skit charachter, but not for 90 minutes - I couldn't put up with that

Just mentioned on the radio that the President of Kazakstahn is protesting at the movie (think he's done this before about Borat) .Giving his country a bad image etc.

I'll wait for the review. Borat was great as a minor character. I don't know if he can carry a whole movie. I see something as bad as Bean the movie a good possibility.
