I think I read somewhere that SPAM is the favorite food or the best-selling food product in Hawaii. Kinda weird.

I always thought that the little key you use to open the tin would be a handy gadget for MacGyver.

HAWAII? There you are 103 uses. Make a good mouse raft complete with a key for an oar!

Don't tease native Hawaiians about how much SPAM they eat. They'll likely be offended. Tis a common part of Hawaiian culture, and a staple of Hawaiian BBQ.

I think you misunderstood.

I mentioned the fact about SPAM being the favorite food of Hawaii as a little-known fact about Hawaii (at least from my point of view, I was unaware of this fact until a Hawaiian friend informed me).

I wouldn't be suprised, alot of Japanese live in Hawaii, and believe it or not but the Japs have ALOT of Spam reciepes....my wife is always coming out with something new with Spam in it.

And to answer the thread: High Performance Pontiac.......imagine that!:read:

Used to subscribe to SoundOnSound, but it depressed me too much in the end, seeing all that kit I couldn't afford.

Read motorsport news nearly every week as well, but not a subscription

Now you're right on the money. SPAM not only can save your ass from being hungry a day or night every often but it will raise your cholesterol levels in the long term and making you obese and full of other complications like diabetes, high blood pressure, gout, stroke, kidney disease just to name a few.

I used to read Esquire and GQ but now in my neck of the woods we don´t receive them anymore. Men´s Health and Runner´s World are two rags I check out now occasionally. And lots of Gun magazines :confused2:

I tell I lie, but technically I don't subscribe to any magazines. That readers digest subscription is still in mum's name. the c&8s renewed it when I got sick of opening their mail. Before I knew it, I was two months into the new subscription and had a bill.
