I've got some white stilton with cranberries and it's GORGEOUS.
My favourite ever cheese is stilton, but I'm not always in the mood for something so strong.
I'm always in the mood for a nice brie though.
What is your favourite cheese?
Please also post if you have RELIABLE information about the favourite cheese of any public figure or pop star.

Camembert Brie from Tasmania Gouda
we do make good cheese down her ein oz. you may have heard of King Island, Bega and Tasmanian cheeses.
We did this yonks ago and I went for a Mexican cheese with Jalopenos in it.
For now, I'm going with the circular goats cheeses M&S are currently doing. So creaming it tastes like biting into vanilla ice cream. Gorge-us.
This is a popular cheese in Australia. My mother in law from Leicester cracks up at the name of it and says that it would never be allowed in England................

I'll go with Buffalo mozzarella or goats cheese for salads and pasta dishes; or a mild cranberry stilton with crackers.

And suddenly, you'll be wanting English mustard on your burgers, and be slowly and gradually more interested in cricket results. Before you know it, you'll be hitting restaurants and asking the waiter for something other than the 'house red', and even offering a tip. Its inevitable. Don't be afraid. Spinach will become tasty as will 'capers' on your pizza.
If you get to the point of wearing slippers and a dressing gown, then I'd see a shrink.

Cheese has always been a favorite for me since I was a child,however I can never really care for wine, or grape juice for that matter. Now a good beer or a nice single-malt scotch I'm all for.

Nice bit of mature cheddar, stilton, proper French Camembert, Roquefort or Pont-L'Eveque, goat's cheese... The only reason I ever volunteer to do the shopping is to go to the cheese counter at Tesco...

I usually get Provolone when I get a sub sandwich, or Swiss just to change it up a bit. Sometimes I'll feel like being patriotic and eating some American cheese, but it's rare 
The most I know about cheese types comes from the silly Monty Python cheese-less cheese shop skit... my mother is lactose intolerant. I may be also, but don't eat much milk products anyway. I never learned to like cheese. I find pizza to be disgusting, wet soggy bread dough with bland tomato sauce and burnt mounds of cheese fat... yuck!

most cheeses get my vote! especially partial to feta, monterery jack, edam, stilton, that white stilton with cranberries, etc etc

That's the only way I'll eat cheese as well
Plus, I took a fcukin' shower from the liquid part of an 8 pound case of feta cheese; the manufacturer had both of the 4 pound pails packed the wrong end up, so when I lifted the box , the watery contents of both pails were emptied down my front. 
Do you know what? I am so glad that no one NO ONE has decided to hijack this thread and get smutty.

Cheese? its all good but feta leaves me cold and stilton fucks with my senses!

Blue chesse or feta for salads, but buffalo mozzerella for sandwiches. Swiss and provelone are good together on a hoagie with oil and hot peppers. Also, brie goes well with avocado on a sandwich.

It's an easy question to answer until someone asks you WHY ? 
mozarella or marscapone, I'm allergic to penicillium in blue cheese (I know most of it's made with copper nowadays) and I can't digest harder cheese when it's cold for some reason.

That's really funny - we all had cheese and crakers on the train to Glasgow and again in my mate's hotel just before Thursday's gig.
