yeah...the computer popped up that it was Nicos birfday SOON...sorry...I can't speak English, nor does it appear that I read it all that well either...
But today is the birthday of 'ef', so that's good enough for me:D ![]()
(she's Elias' sister, so Feline's sis-in-law - a wonderful member of the Greek Order, last seen at Oxegen '05!)
Best wishes Martha

Posting from windows But. One of the things abot linux, is that , because it almost never crashes, one tends to make changes, changes that only take effect on reboot, and therefor, that only take effect 4 weeks later, after the machine has been responsibly shut down while it's master is away...after said master has completely forgotten the last half dozen things he did, and will therefor have to actually try to fix from "first principles" ( ie....reading instead of aimlessly typing commands to see if it gets better or explodes).
LOL...me to BA the other night "Pah, I can do anything without a GUI"...yes Steve.....cept maybe browse NOOL, I will take a screengrab of NOOL in Lynx for the collective amusement of all one day.

Thanks for making me look like an addict :p
I was indeed there because I wanted to see if the site was working or not... it was the first time I saw the computer free...
;)
And well, I was hoping for Robert Roy to show up, which he did a few minutes later.
Thanks people, I did specify a gazillions of times on this site that the wolverhampton gig was on my birthday, plus I did say it to a few people, but as most of you can know now, I'm not the extraverted type of guy ![]()
I believe Shug is the one who gave me a drink for my birthday (or passed me one), but to be honest, most of the time in England, I was dehydrated and the alcohol was making it worst.. there is something in the air in britain that made me sweat all I had, probably because it's very wet out there, and I didn't have time to adapt.
Go figure, it stopped the minute I came back ![]()
So that's why I didn't drink too much, or drank with a glass of water next to me most of the time. If might have been due to the virus I still have, I have no idea, but that was my only concern all along, so it's not too bad.
Well, my other was obviously understanding most of the people and actually knowning who they were, which I did have issues, sorry about that people, at some point you just nod and say "yeah yeah", but you don't get a word of what the person is saying ;) I also hope most people got what *I* was saying.
It was a good birthday, and birthday week-end, I'll sure remember 33 for a long time ;)
Cheers.
