he don't need to read it, it's the wish that counts, even retro-temporally, so we can do it late cos we were partying. trust me on this, I'm a fcking Timelord.

What's the difference between a pair of Dr Scholl's insoles and Steve Morris? Well, one bucks up the feet......

Does Steve ever chuck 'em? I'm a bit weakbrained today so if there's well known video evidence or something don't mock. It's just the bugger never comes in front of his riser, and if he threw them from up and back there, they'd arrive in the crowd like missiles.

Personally, I think the ULTIMATE memento to get your hands on would be, one of your da's strings that fell in battle.

EDIT: folks can be forgiven for being confused..... Those pads vary from sounding pretty fucking gash, to being utterly meaningless vibrations, or een inaudible. Honestly, they sound OK-ish on TV, and after post have been at them, but man, they stank at the three gigs I was at on this tour. They were quite good at the Apollo, but they sound flat and lifeless, and I think your dad feels it, he looks perpetually fucked off with them. In B'mouth they just peaked the bass amps, in wolves I couldn't fucking hear them. I know the Roland percussion series quire well, and they're no fun to play, especially clobbering them like your dad does. C'mon folks, give something back, think of a modern drum pad that feels springy (like that thing in the TPK video...yes I have no clue what it is ) and doesn't sound pants.
