Everyone in the world knows the best special forces in the world belong to the u.k.

I had the same argument with a couple of poofs from nevada whilst on holiday in mexico.It nearly ended in fisticuffs til i told them i'd bitch slap them all the way back to Pheonix! :lol:

I've met some of them SBS guys and can't imagine how anyone could be fitter. Clever people too, not meatheads at all.

Haven't worked with the SAS or SBS before, so can't really tell. In working with some of the SF of different countries, thier image seems overblown and out of proportion. Delta Force is good one to pick on. It is definately strides better than a regular Army unit, but I would still get behind a squad of Marines before getting behind an Army SF.
