With all the doom and gloom on here at the moment i want to hear about some SPECIAL or BRILLIANT times in your LIFE.
Some of mine have been seeing NEW ORDER at G.MEX when i LOST my shoes in the mosh pit but found them later.Barney introduced VANISHING POINT as a NEW song but by the time you see us again it will be an OLDIE but GOODIE.Well i think THAT's what he said.
Another time was when i went on holiday to CANARY ISLANDs with the lads and didn't SLEEP for 3 days. 
Seeing my son GAVIN being born was GREAT.
Finishing WORK in IT after 24 years then NOT working for 3 was also a laugh till the MONEY ran OUT!
So come on and SHARE some tales.I won't MENTION the women cos i get all SHY!

Surviving a weekend in CHORLEY which involved drinking weird spirits with GAV that just needed water added to it till 4 in the morning after one half of RIGHT SAID FRED had gone to bed. Being a witness to a ba(l)d version of Chubby Brown DANCING in a nightclub aptly named 17 and avoiding SEVERAL pint glasses on the way out after the aforementioned Gay half of RSF chucked the first punch/glass. Eating dodgy sausage ROLLS that GEORGE FOREMAN made for us whilst I catalogued 879 seperate NEW ORDER items. The MAD POSTIE that made off with money and two lesbians who had both sampled sexual comments AND probably toys from UNCLE FESTA. The BLOB SHOP has to be seen to be believed, it's worse than the bars in GLASGOW and has more people dragging their knucklEs than I can ever remember. Oh and on my way home I found myself with a DOORS video and a New Order 12" that remains MINTY MINT to this day.
spending a whole evening with a chum trying to find a guy. later we figure out one of the guys we are with is the guy, we just knew him by a more common name. party of 100,000 join up for SEC football. your chum's friend has a little ball made from a rare asian flower. was up for virtually 4 days that weekend.
both days my children were born.
today.
Things have been generally brilliant for me for awhile now!
But there is a funny story that happened a couple weeks ago. My fiance and I were coming back up from London and he had booked first class train tickets (can't remember the reason for that). The carriage was full and he ended up having to ask some people to move who were in our seats. One of whom happened to be Kevin from Corrie! One of life's little entertaining moments.

taking an E one evening with my best friend and riding the rollercoaster (the big one) at blackpool, then sitting on the beach for an hour and enjoying the wonderful feeling.
the summer i spent in thailand living with a host family (except for the cholera bit).
the first time i saw new order in denver in 1989. :D
When I found out I am due to become a father for the first time on Boxing Day...fantastic moment!

I don't know it's hard to find a good time... Maybe when I was taking my first uni exams? But at that time I didn't find it amusing.
Good times this weekend Mick. FREE WINE and FOOD, one can NEVER turn down an invitation to such things. My BOSS went out and got a tour package from a local winery for ALL at work to see an NFL game as a bonus to us, St. Louis at Seattle. Didn't have to DRIVE (always important in these matters), so il vino did flow freely on the four hour drive up, and six hour return trip. At least Seattle traffic had a reason for sucking yesterday evening, what with the heavy rain and wind and falling debris.
Oh, first day of vacation this week as well, I damn well deserved this.
