To be honest before the Post Office banned smoking in the office,I had no problem with them in the canteen,if they left windows open. But you'd only have to watch how the breaks steadily extended.You'd have to schedule 10 people in turn to take 15 minute breaks before the dinnertimes started.And because they took their 13 minute coffee break,then all piled out outside for their 8 minute fag break,and you end up with no bloody staff on the counter.

Funniest is they always congregated outside a good three quarters of an hour before we open...because they didn't want to be waiting ten minutes in the queue.
