Any movie my wife seems to chose. She has the worst "feeling" on good movies. After watching them, we both go to bed in disgust.

Tricky one.
It's got to be a toss-up between the recent Hollyspastic versions of The English Langage's most important novels, War of the Worlds, and The Time Machine. Both are so bad I honestly WILL physically hurt anyone I ever meet who could have stopped them being made and didn't. Both prove that no one in Hoolywood is capable of reading a book.....doubly so since WOTW is pretty short, and TTM is nothing more than a short story stuck between two novel covers.
Making alterations to plot details to make a book play well on screen is lamentable, but I can see it as necessary....but changing every single detail of the story, dumping most of it and replacing it with same old same old tripe that is lifted straight from the output tray of the ministry of truth's prole story writing machines...that's a crime against humanity.
Really, I am not kiding, the persons who raped these English roses desere death, preferably at the hands of the Morlocks or Martians....because owing to their crime there are now MILLIONS of people who think that WOTW is an american story about a screaming child and how the marines beat the "aliens" ( Fucking RETARDS actually missed the fact they are from MARS, it's only mentioned 7-800 times in the novel) and the The Time Machine is a FUCKING CUNTING KIDDIE_ARSE_FISTING L*O*V*E**S*T*O*R*Y*. Fucking extermination is too good for them.
Well I had a bad experience, I saw INDEPENDANCE DAY, I can honestly say I have not been to the cinema since. Utter crap !
I have Plan 9 From Outer Space in a DVD collection. I haven't managed to get past the first 20 minutes yet.

you are right. sharing the cover with three other films, the cover for the film is quite small. The original Nosferatu is also on that disc, so there actually is some decent stuff inn this collection.

Any remakes for that matter...(except Evil Dead 2, way better than the original)......but the Japanese Ringu was great, the American version sucked a$$

Wow, another person other than me isn't awe struck by Williams (but I do have to say that I hate his comedies, but I think he has some real good drama movies).
About Adam, I'm jealous of my mate, he fell asleep after 10 minutes. He did the same with Punch Drunk Love, wish I had too.
Magnolia, I'll never get those 2 1/2 hours back. Dude Where's My Car on the TV was bad enough, I didn't spot the plot.

I liked it the first time I saw it, I am ashamed to admit. Then I realized how godawful shitty it was in retrospect. It's almost compellingly bad (hey, which cliche will pop up next?)

Finally tracked down a copy of that Star Wars Holiday Thingamajig you were talking 'bout. Was FF=ding through part of it on the computer, and boy does it blow.
The Sgt. Pepper's movie is just as horrid............debating about whether I should waste a blank DVD to burn the Star Wars program.
