I havent't been on here for a while and I haven't seen a thread for this so apologies if it is duplicated.

Don't usually start these but Happy Birthday (yesterday) to a really lovely person. Hope you had a good day!

Thanks guys,

I had a lovely day at work follwed by fish chips & mushy peas wahsed down with a nice bottle of champers...

My peepers are fine now thanks Cambo, all fully recovered...

I'm becoming a bit of a lightweight in my old age.. I nodded off on the sofa at 9pm and Milky packed me off to bed by 10pm...

Similar thing happened tonight.. Milky's out and I settled in to watch the Xfactor final. I remember seeing 5 mins of it and then woke up and 10.30pm..... oops...

Speaking as a Timelord, I can shed some light on that....at times of great emotional or physical stress, my people can induce a protective coma, I suspect something simillar may have hapened to you, a deeply buried, primal defense mechanism tripped in to protect your fragile brain from absorbing that shite :thumb:

Lightweight? LOL you know not the meaning of it. I'm getting my name changed to Neville Neutrino or Larry Lepton  (Tommy tachyon has a better ring to it, but that would imply not that I am lightweight, but that I am negatively heavy)

Belated Belated Birthday greetings from me as well ;)

Unlike you, several of The Corby Order were out getting rat arsed last night, went to see a band cos we know a couple of the lads, Uncly John has been telling them what songs to play, so we were treated to Ceremony, Warsaw and Transmission in the set. Fucking good night it was :thumb:
