fooking crackhead

I am moving back to my moms to finish schooling and what have you. we have a neighbor who is a crack-cocaine addict and he comes over to use the phone. why they let his shady ass out of prison, i'll never know.i imagine the phone is probably tapped. i don't care they need,to bust all those fuckers.my grandmother keeps letting him in the house. this will sound bad, but i want to burn his house down to get rid of him,not with him in it. he's already sold every damn thing he owns apparently anyway.and needs to be in prison.has a son he won't even take care of/pay child support. i am going to install locks on a closet door and keep my valuable/important stuff in there. can anyone recommend some sturdy locks and where i could find them? i also would like to get a fire proof safe...i know where to find those. i'm serious as mother nature pissed off in kansas on a turnpike with an F5 monster tornado hauling ass towards city hall. :)

I don't live in a bad neighborhood, he's the only dumbass as far as i know...everyone else has families,little children running around. thats the other thing that pisses me off...he needs to be extracted out of there. i am hoping he'll either overdose or get arrested. god forbid one of his drug lords hurts one of those kids.my mom's childhood friend was casing the house one time, she hung around the bastard. i gave her an evil look and watched her....so....i am pretty clever so,i don't know yet....
