END of YEAR Report from ROCKET MICK-you gotta laugh.

But apart from being out of work,having been signed off by the DR for kidney related illness and having to curb ANYTHING remotely enjoyable,i am in TOP form.what i mean to say is I am BEHAVING,ain't cheating on the booze and food ban.But most of all i am looking forward to the NEW YEAR.Hope all of you round here have a good night on the 31 st and MORE importantly keep me ENTERTAINed in the NEW YEAr.It will be tougher than usual for me.But hell i am lucky to have survived this far.So TUNE IN,POST out amd keep on KEEPING On. This is a ROCKET MESSAGE delivered without the aid of DRUGS(apart from 4 i have been prescibed).The DR asked why i had not seen him for 2 years,i replied........sorry i have been ILL!

And a special mention to my son GAv who bought me this LAPtop that i am using now.Pity he misheard me though.....it was DANCER!

Good luck with the Kidney filtering. Clean berries esp. juniper and cranberry from the walks. Lots of vitamin A. Even the herbs marshmallow as tea, Parsley, Dandelion Root, Cornsilk.. works. Super 07.

JANUARY 2nd 19:42-came out of this day unscathed.Think i got myself signed onto the SICK.Next step is to HIDE some money from them!Meanwhile i have TIME to play about with this laptop.At the moment UNTIL THE END OF TIME......celebrate...is playing.New features for my phone to PC link too is NICE.Hope to get some serious WALKING(don't edit this.....PLEASE!) before the end of the month.Think about getting a job by MARCH or SPRING.Meanwhile i am taking the tablets and eating SO healthly it is SCARY.No crisps now in 15 days.COLD TURKEY or what.Second NATURE is now playing.Have a good night. WEDNESDAY highlight listening to BBC RADIO 2 SOUNDZ DECADENT Mark Radcliffe explores the influence of David Bowie's 'Berlin Trilogy'. Trouble at MILL with my VALID claim to being INSANE! Had my first bag of crisps in 17 days! Weather was nasty so didn't get out much. Need to have a CUNNING PLAN. Ventured on NOOL to read MONTY is starring in MANCHESTER v CANCER 2 or something! DIGGY MIKE was very LOUD being QUIET. NoBABE makes a comeback-will JOHNNY close his SHED? Beer is well down on the hitlist of things to START again.
