in my zip code $185K for 1695 sq ft to $729K for $3500 sq ft and I'm an hour west of boston.

in boston, $15K for a parking space to $18,500,000 for an historic townhouse in beacon hill.

real estate got so out of control here, that the state came up with a "middle income housing subsidy program", not low-income, for housing assistance for people who are the middle class.

Well spotted Sherlock. Slightly skewed by the fact that the church sold the Convent I look out onto for £3.3 Million in October. Still a few 7 figure sales though over the last few years. The only reason I looked was cos I'm thinking about moving but I reckon I should dine out on this "Millionaires Row" thing a bit longer. Patrick Mullin would be well impressed. ;)

A mate of mine is an engineer and is working on some flats in Knightsbridge, the penthouse is going on the market at £36 million.

Cheers
