So I've a PC etc, what of it? Doe's that somehow restrict what political views I'm allowed to hold/express? Please enlighten me. I'm still piss poor (poverty is always relative never absolute), and even if I was rich/a capitalist politics is also about morality/choice free will etc.

Then again I have to remember I live in a small redneck town called Kalispell in Montana. The radio stations play either top 40 or classic rock.

What I was driving at, and in good spirits I assure you, was that by owning a piece of high tech, you are very much a part of the system of repression yourself. All tech companies use what is more or less "slave labour". And of course, your internet account is doubtless provided by some evil, smelly international telco.

We all make the chains that bind us. This very fact is yet another part of Marx's alienation of labour, not only are we alienated from the products of our labour (because we cannot afford what we produce) but our labour recreates the system that oppresses us. I would also add that ALL wage labour is slave labour ~ we're all wage slaves, and none of us are free until we are all free: otherwise we are tainted by a slave mentality/philosophy and none of us can escape the historical epoch in which we live.

ps don't worry about offending me "some people look down on me.. I couldn't give a fuck if they like what they see" to paraphrase, or "I think you are a pig you should be in a zoo" or "don't let anybody tell you that you're no good 'cause you know they would" etc

And really....mix cd's really ARE done on protools, you can't release smelly scratchy vinyl on CD mate.
