Alright, so I've been looking around for a decent enough (read: under 40$) price for that piece of vinyl there. EIL has a test press up, and with shipping, it's $33 and some change. I'd kinda dig having the actual 12 with the actual sleeve, not just a white label with some handwriting on it.

I'm not buying it for it to sit on my shelf and 'collect' dust - it will be played a lot. So, is this a reasonable price for this record, or does anyone have one that they'd be willing to sell to me for a lesser amount? :p

Advice, please.

If you are a vinyl collector fair enough, but Partyline 12" and Militia are on the LTM Alma Mater Plus which would cost about £10, $20. The cover is alright but nothing to write home about (thick card with a fairly rough surface, printed and holes cut in the middle). Partlive is on the B side but again nothing to write home about. I'd save your money, get the CD and a copy of FAC461 if you like artwork.

If you are a vinyl collector, this may be of interest EDIT: Oops, forgot to make it a clicky thing

I bought the reissues and the Last One Back cds a few years back - now I keep wanting to know how the vinyls add/subtract to the sound. I'm not exactly a collector, but I have about 600 albums/12s. Sometimes I just prefer the sound off them. Even when I've got it all on cd.

Fair points, though. I've got 461 (ate it up, love it) and since I've got the cds I might just keep on a watch for good eBay auctions and thrift sales, especially that link you've provided. Didn't notice that at all earlier on my last scouring online! Thanks for the response!
