Old People - Gawd love em

Been out tonight and my friend, who works in a Nursing Home has had me in stitches over some of the things she's heard recently...

From an 86 year old woman who's been with her husband for 66 years...

"Horace?" (her husband), "He's not for me" (shaking her head)

From another lady who used to have a dog of the same breed as the owners...

"Eeeeee that dog looks like my Flaps" (this was actually her dogs name!)

... and from one of her funny ladies...

"I don't feel correct. I don't know if I need a haircut or a shit"

Old people rule OK

Grandads are class an all.Mine give me loads of black bullets and winners on the horses..

The same girl used to exploit her grandad as a nipper.

He only had short term memory. She learned that if she went to him rougly every hour, he'd keep giving her a pound!

And there was me booking a hairdressers appointment when I should have just taken a laxative...

I remember going to visit my great-granddad in the nursing home when I was a kid. There was a crazy old woman down the hall who kept shouting "Come and get it! It's clean!" and I asked my mom what she meant.....Mom just told me to be quiet. :\ohwell:
