Anybody use this? How is it?
Thinking about switching from NTL to Sky.They're offering 2MB monthly for free (£40 one off payment to start and that's it).Currently pay £18 a month for 2MB with NTL.

I'm NTL on the same terms as you Johnny, but have sky telly rather than NTL.Maybe they do a cut price deal if you have both Broadband and Telly with SKY nowadays..
Lerrus know how you get on mate,I could do with saving a few bob here and there aswell ![]()
Just ring them and tell them you're gonna move, they've probably wack your bill down without you having the hassle of going elsewhere.
I'm paying a tenner for Blueyonder's 2meg package.
We applied for Sky Broadband, they accepted our application and then said the offer hasn't been rolled out to your area yet (like its the dark ages up here, gas lighting and a trip to the call box on a Sunday evening!). Deing a southerner you may have more luck.

Aye we've got Sky telly .A £20 a month package.Think they are saying as we are an existing Sky TV customer we qualify to have the free 2MB Broadband. It is available in this area now ,they keep sending me emails telling me so.Will prob go for it![]()

Ask away.........I had a real game getting mine to work - Barney Army helped me sort it out - cos I am thick! However, got a Phillips router now and that by comparison was really simple to set up. Ring BA!!!!! He'll sort you! ![]()
just read the fine print of your contract. 2 meg doesn't seem that much.
Some providers will just slow you down to dial-up speed, others will charge you an arm and a leg for exceeding your allocation.
