What the hell is this film called?

Saw it on Tv last year, and it was excellent.

Basic story revolves around a man who may or may not be mentally ill,the main woman in it plays two parts-one the mans stalker (with dark hair) and the love of his life (as a blonde).

Anyway,it was really hard to follow,but facinating. He keeps cracking up because the stalker uses his illness to convince him that they're lovers,even though he knows he loves the blonde.

The end has him in bed with the blonde,then when he turns over its the other one. They start fighting and he smothers her with the pillow,only to remove it and see the blonde.

Anyone know what its called? Cant remember who was in it!

EDIT... Ermmm ok... I had some kinda flashback and the guy was a major car crash, and i think its got Cameron Diaz in it.

Sounds more like a movie with Josh Hartnett in it, I can't remember the full title but it has "Park" in the title. Never saw it, but I can remember seeing commercials for it when it came out.

Not Wicker Park, though that is a really good movie. If you haven't seen it, worth the watch.

The title in question though doesn't sound familar, unless its Lost Highway? That had a similar thing going on with the blonde/brunette thing (both were Patricia Arquette), and murdering of one of them, but don't think there was a stalker in it.

was it that he had sex with the girl in a "dream" or what he thought was a dream, but then he thought she was the other girl and then killed her, then found out it was the girl he was in love with anyway cause she was wearing a wig?

i had that same nightmare, or saw that same movie? i don't remember
