Ok, you all know what happened last week, to help the situation, last friday there was fraud in my bank account, somebody emptied it completely, the bank gave me back my money, but still...

Got to the peak of my current flu all week-end, and finally monday I was happy to see a new week, starting to feel better...

just when things couldn't get worst... it did... my car was stolen today.

Oh well, what can I say... not much! but how bad can a week be, seriously? I thought I had a bad week last October, but this is a very serious contender...

Well, insurance will rent me a car for a month and pay me probably a new one if the other is not found (and usually, they are not found)... so it might turn out to be a good thing... since I helped moving my wife last week, I emptied the car completely, so there was nothing valuable in it...

Still, -21 degrees, you're stuck outside in a parking lot waiting for the cops... not the thing I wish to anybody really.

OMG, your week couldn't get any worse, so things just have to get better for you from now on. If I was down I used to try and think that there were always people worse off than me. Sometimes it can help. Try and keep a smile on your face. :)

Far out, -21, and I was complaining about the damn heat here!!

Yeah, and I don't tell you about the chill factor.

Coldest day of the year... and that was cold. Fortunately, there aren't too many of those.

Well, I will survive this, and of course in the end if I don't get screwed up by the insurance company, I'll end up with a brand new car for 500$ (mine was almost 4 years old)...

So it should be interesting... but still, not quite a good timing... I will spend the full month of February in a rental, and unfortunatly, they don't have a remote starter to heat the car :( which is pretty useful in February... trust me.

Well, if I start feeling bad about my week, I'll pop this thread open to fell better!:ignore:

I'm kidding. In my life, things usually hit in fours...so by the way things are looking for you, I'd brace for one more deal...but then you should be in the clear:thumb:

Good luck.....at least you're not walking to work, I suppose.

Usually just the one every year I'd imagine :D

PS...if your car has no remote start......ask for a diesel, and light a fire under it, Panzer stylee.

Had a call last night from a geezer with relatives in Canuckland, and he SWORE you have only two and a bit seasons....he said you get summer, and winter, with autunmn lasting about a week, and spring being the 2 days it takes the snow to melt. Those of us in Ireland, have all four season in one day, and the summers are not hot and the winters aint cold.

Minus 20 in Canada and everyone just shrugs and shivers a bit.

Parts of the UK might get two or three inches of snowtonight/tomorrow and the whole fucking country is being warned that we will DESCEND INTO CHAOS!!!!!

How is it, exactly, that we once ran the fucking known world??!!??

We got the pick of the best countries first.

The French picked up the dregs we didn't fancy, so had to make the most of it.

A car without heater is not existant in this country.

In fact, I know somebody who moved from Texas here and had to add a 2nd heater to her jeep.

It's standard with the car.
