Jarvis is SPOT on, Jem is actually Gwen Cooper from Torchwoood. The whole way through the series I couldn't shake it off, and would keep tilting my head and squinting when Miss Cooper appeared, trying to work out if Jem really had a chubby Welsh twin. The downside was siiting through a whole series of "grown up Dr Who" ( grown up, of courses means that all the imagination has been wrung out of it and replaced by same-sex shagging)
