The canadian band Rush, not an Ectasy drug rush... since NewOrderOnline seems to have a few Rush fans... I'm surprised that people still even remember Rush
so I'll try to remember my some tracks from way back... i really have no desire to relisten to any Rush anymore, but others may have favorites
"Red Barchetta" "2112" (the first part and the part with Geddy screaming like a chipmonk on speed) "Working Man" (it rocks, man! Rocks!) "XYZ" "Subdivisions"
how can you not remember them they tour almost every year and still churn out albums at least every three years, although i have not heard the last two i did se them lik e3 years ago and they played mostly old material, it was great

Anyone into New Order, synth pop, and New Wave should really give these Rush songs a listen, as Rush did go through a New Wave-ish period in the early-mid 80s

If i had to name a really horrible, excrutiating, bad sad group, with the worst guitar sound possible, then it would be Rush.
in Amsterdam recently at an Irish Bar in the Red Light, this whopper behind the bar kept playing them.

Away in Sonar last week and my mate started to go on about how great Rush were... I had to reassess my opinion of his previously flawless musical taste (ie it agreed with mine) Worried he might try and convert me next time I visit :(

Pretty much learned how to play a drum kit by practicing along to Rush and Queen albums. The last Rush album I bought came out 19 (!) years ago, but I maintain that everything from Permanent Waves through to Power Windows is incredible. I'd pick (in no certain order):
