Putting NOOL's software to a new level

Been quite busy these days, but there is something I would like to do for a long time and I'm delaying it all the time due to personal matters.

I would like to transform the nool software to support multiple bands, which means, you could use what exists to start a website for a band, and manage it... obviously this means a lot of work, and I don't think my idea is to get money (if I do so, it will be strictly on ads sold on the site, at least for now)

So, a band "portal", but with real people managing each band site.. if you get me, I am managing NewOrderOnline, and by request, Digital Mike could manage a Cure fan site ;-)

It would use the same application, obviously the design would differ, but that's possible.

Anybody on here would like to manage a band fan site? it's a lot of job when the band is active I can tell you, if so, which bands?

Anyways, I will start to work on that very soon, the idea is to reuse all I have done in NOOL and push it to a reusable feature.. so you could have bands such as the community bands using it as their website, it could even use DNS hosting to make sure they have their own url... basically a website only need a forum and a wiki to work well, something easy to manage, as well as picture and song upload...

So basically, I think MySpace sucks and think I can do a better job at it ;)

Cheers!
