Yikes, it doesn't take a prohet to see where THAT could end up 20 years from now. Mandatory and no longer a definite release. You can just picture some poor geezer (probably a non-pink) losing half his liver, a kidney, a lung and an eye, all in promise of parole.

I'm SURE I've seen a plot in a TV show or movie revolving around the harvesting of body parts in a prison.

AH well, The UK is getting it terror scares from Jerry Bruckheimer film's so why not eh?
