Then there are those awful boots from the 80's chicks wear again. I absolutely hate them, white ones in particular
We call them HOOKER BOOTS round these parts Maya. I kinda like them if done properly.
Or are you referring to them awful "UGG" boots or the even more awful "MOON" boots? If thats the case then I wholeheartedly agree.
Dreadful.
I cringe at the sight of said UGG/MOON boots.
So help me Lord.
Among the other scary things I've seen--
--the mullet. ['All business at the top, all party at the bottom.' All around shite.]
--the urban gear. :cringe:
--leg warmers over jeans. What. The. Fook.
and,
--hoochie shorts. I dealt with them well while I was going through middle and high school in Miami: I never wore the damn things. Thank. God.

Oh, and the short-ass skirts too. The girls in middle school [class of '98] who were my friends wanted to make me over as to have me wear ponytails that caused me headaches, wear shirts with plunging necklines that would've dared to show any cleavage and actually get away with it with the administration, and the short skirts that were up to WHERE!?! Needless to say, the guys would try to hook up with those kind of girls.
Luckily, up here in small-town DeLand, I don't have that problem anymore. I can wear bondage pants *points to avatar pic of her from January* and no one has much to say other than 'Holy hell, nice pants!'
And, there are actually guys who are attracted to me for just being myself, which means I don't have to look like a fashion disaster of a hoochie-mama to get a man. :wink3:
