Fucking excellent band in the eighties,but have they got anything left to offer? We've had the deluxe versions of all the great albums, and the past few have been poor at best. I'd like to see them tour the classics,but dont care for Stormy Weather and the other albums.
Last good album,Evergreen.

Well, I have the 80's records and I agree that they were excellent by the time. Haven't any of the 90's. Money wasting... But Siberia is far better than WFTSC...

You are kidding, right? WFTSC has three good tracks, Siberia only two for a starter!
well, hopefully get a tour out of them,, still a great act live and the last few albums hold some decent tracks.

I fear that I do not... Comparing WFTSC and Siberia on good tracks only is not what I was meaning. I also take in account crap tracks... and I still claim that Siberia is better than WFTSC.
For my defence, I have always been on New Order's side. However WFTSC has been and still is a disappointment to me. Maybe do I need to be sent to a goulag for being taught good taste again. Or send me O'Brien, kidnap me in room 101 and make me shout "this track is a masterpiece" while listening to jetsream, guilt is a useless emotion and other tracks I forgot the titles...
The way I look at it is that for every Jetstream you have a Turn, for every Dracula's Castle you have a WFTSC, for every Working Overtime you have a Who's Joe. On Siberia you have only two tracks that even come close to maintaining the Bunnymen's back catalogue standard.

Been remastered as More Songs To Learn And Sing. Released a few months ago. Nice.
You could try HMV if it was fuckin' open.

Just to set it straight,Song To Learn & Sing was an import best of. The 'new' More Songs To Learn & Sing is a 20 years behind UK version. I bought it myself for the dvd of the singles that came with it. Ballyhoo is just as good though.

Well why then have i got 're-released' classic singles to promote their new alliance with Korova from last fall. Its only now that they have relayed this 'new' info to the masses. No gigs lined up bar Cancer special, ATP and 'still in pipeline' Ocean Rain spectacular &@ London Roundhouse

You sure? I bought it in Woolies, and its got no import stickers on. Thought it was a tie up of singles to coincide with 'Bring on the Dancing Horses'.

Not on CD in 1985 you didn't! It was defo an import on CD,we had a vinyl release but the CD was only put out in Germany. The first best of they released here was Ballyhoo.

No it wasn't restricted to import only, I bought it in Boots on CD and they didn't sell imports. I bought it because I was using it as the demo disc to sell stereos to customers in that very same Boots store while I was a student, and I'd failed to take a sneaky tape copy while playing it!
Well i remember having to buy it as an import? I've just checked and Discogs has it down as import CD only too? Any chance it was re-released in the UK after the original release?
