Not keen on the idea of sleeping pills, anyway I'm kinda used to these intermittent bouts of no sleep now, and luckily they usually only last a few days.

The not mixing alcohol and antibiotics is a myth. the story goes something like in WW2 doctors discovered that wounds heal quicker if the patient doesn't drink, so they figured to kill two flies with one stone.

well I'm not drinking right now, but I usually sound like I am at night. The antibiotics are just for this sinus infection and sore throat I have. I don't want to get better quick though because I have to record a song I wrote but I don't want to. My friend is doing his too and wants mine in but I am not looking forward to it..

One of them got diagnosed with depression by a vet after his family had a baby then went off to find a new owner and the other is bullied by another cat that lives in her house!!! I buy them fresh salmon and cook it for them as I think they deserve to be spoilt! Their (previous) owners don't seem much bothered about them!

No problems here, it could be a problem with your ISP, as I said elsewhere just this morning, it happens.

Try opening a dos box (press the windows key and r together and type "command" into the box that appears) and typing.....
you should get an answer showing pings under a second even on string and paper cups dialup. If that works, try again with a browser.
It COULD be that your ISP is using a caching proxy, which is not very well just now. Try refershing NOOL with control-F5, as this SHOULD force a real reload with no cache (tho remote caching proxies do the utmost to pretend not to be there so this trick doesn't usually work with them)
