My favorite childhood snack was a big bowl of creamy peanut butter and grape jelly mixed into a paste and eaten with a fork. Never with bread, never with a spoon, usually with a big glass of raw milk (I grew up on a dairy farm). I still indulge occasionally, like right now! LOL Although, since I'm old and lactose intolerant, I have a glass of soy milk with it and the peanut butter is organic now. I also use to eat biscuits with ketchup on them, and I remember once having an "Elvis special", a fried peanut-butter-and-banana sandwich made by my grandma. What were your favorite childhood snacks, ones that you maybe still enjoy or ones that turn your stomach to even consider today?
