The fact that TPK is on the list of choices automatically undermines the validity of your poll.

None of the above

and do you seriously think that you'll survive comparing TPK to The Cunt?

Ccnsidering that I THINK that the Cure and New Order's out put are roughly equivalent, I think they both have abysmal tracks. But, however, this poll merely reflects how YOU THINK and because TPK and Paradise are on there, I don't take this poll seriously.

It's the band's finest moment, bar none. A better question would be 'why don't you like it,' as most everyone else seems to like it very much.

I can only assume that the reason Rock the Shack is not listed (and leading the poll by a schumacher's chinlength) is that yous all blanked it out of your minds.

Fine Time belongs in a b-rated porn from the late eighties. Not the good type of b-rated porn, but the one that scars your mind from everwatching porn again.......and that's not good!:nono:

since we're comparing mutally exclusive bands, all of New Order's tracks are much better than DigiMike's favorite band, Marrillion. So New Order wins all on this one.

Who knows, though. Marrillion ARE coming out with a new album soon so we should let Mike weigh in on this one.

Liar, but seeing as TPK is on the list, i'm not sure it counts for anything:shrug:

This is actually more difficult than I initially thought!

I've always hated Slow Jam, it is embarrassing. But, I've always hated Paradise too, mainly because of the cringeworthy lyrics. Liar completes the unholy trilogy, I find it rather unnecessary to have Bernard's beef with Wilson in public like this. Fine Time's just crap.

The oldmonkey vote goes to Liar, as it was probably the first occasion where Bernard's spiteful side really reared its ugly head in a blatant manner. There had always been subtle digs at various subjects, Liar is in no way subtle, it's as though the gloves were off now that Factory weren't putting the records out.

Run Wild is fine when you're in a certain mood but the God lyrics are a bit erm, shit. Spooky's much malinged but does well in remix'd form and Paradise brings back fond memories of when I first gave Brotherhood a listen so I'll spare them three.

Yup, Slow Jam clinches it to be honest... utterly dreary guitar dirge shite. No tune.

Liar is like third-rate M People which is almost as bad but it does have a decent Hooky riff halfway through which was rare enough on Republic.

I'll join the Pope by saying TPK in this poll = :wtf:

This is a pretty crappy list. The only song on here I don't like is Slow Jam, so it's a pretty easy choice for me. Run Wild would be the next weakest here, IMHO. Where's Avalanche and Rock the Shack, though?

I have to agree shellshocker, the list is pretty weak. For me the only song that I don't really like was Liar so that is what I voted for. While TPK is one of my favorites.

This looks more like a personal do not like list then an overall list of Worst New Order Track.
