Heard scratching on my conservatory roof this morning, and when I poked my head out the door discovered that it was a squirrel. Scared, it took a flying leap but sadly there were no branches nearby and thus it continued in an arc, front legs outstretched, through thin air until landing belly first on the lawn with a reassuring thud.

Stunned, it gave me a backward glance before composing itself and running up the nearest trunk in an actually-I-meant-to-do-that styleee...

I'm still getting over the fact you have a 'conservatory', Old Blue.

You should've got Mrs Peacock to crack him over the head with the lead piping.

Cats do the 'I meant to do that' look more than any other animals... or worse they glare at you as if to say 'it's your fault...you made me do that'

In ancient times cats were worshipped as gods; they have not forgotten this. ~Terry Pratchett

If cats had no fur, you;d get a fiver for handing their heads in at the post office. Sneaky bastards.

Animals defo get embarrassed, though dogs less so, owing to them being very stupid quite a lot of the time (I've seen EJ take a lucazade bottle, hold it in his paws, unscrew the top and drink the dregs....then seen him, a mere 20 mins later, spending 5 mins trying to chew a shadow).

I've even seen fish looking a bit embarrassed!

I think that just means he's got a couple of shrubs and some dandelions in the back yard.

I'll for for Colonel Mustard with the candlestick.

Fishing. Big bait, tiny fish comes along and charges at it, sinks it's baby teeth into it and realises it's too tough, then just stops all the frenzy shit and VERY nonchalantly swims away straight and slow.

Also when they try and bite a float they do the same "swimming off whistling" routine.

Birds do that all the time, too. My Budgie will miss the perch, stumble and then complain at me. As though I was the one who made him slip. Such a little creature, such a big attitude.

My pets dont seem to be embarrassed when they see me wanking.

Or maybe they're just used to it. Yeah, probably.

 my cat doesn't bother moving off the bed anymore. we have to work our way round her (and before you say it, no point putting her out the room because she'll scratch forever and that's really offputting  )

lol. thats nothing. i used the bathroom in front of a dog. she felt embarassed and left as soon as i opened the door. i told the damn dog to get out in first place but she wouldn't so i used the bathroom with her in there. she got out afterwards. a storm was the reason why she was in there to begin with. stupid mutt. talk about embarassing. having to see and hear a human take a piss.

Alfie parrot is incapable of embarassment. He is completely tone deaf. After years of learning the Adams Family tune, he still completely fucks it up!

The worse thing is it's now on TV all the time thanks to Tetley Tea and he's trying twice as hard to do it. He then looks at me for praise and bobs his head as if to say, 'yeah, how good am i?'

Next doors cat fell off my conservatory roof the other day and managed to look embarassed. I was doubled over laughing. (After ensuring it wasn't injured of course :uhoh:)
