To my abusive e-mailer! (Well O/T)

This is an isolated incident and although this is not the first time i've had an abusive e-mail from someone on this forum, it is by far the most threatening. I don't really know for sure what's behind it so i'll say no more for now.

Well, like an idiot I realized I just left my real e-mail address up on the screen for everyone to see, so I decided to change it. Now let's see if anyone can find out my NEW real e-mail address, slut4hire@yahoo.com. Yeah, my new e-mail address (slut4hire@yahoo.com) should be safe. No unwanted messages there, at slut4hire@yahoo.com

Best thing to do Muffy is to show the full header of the offending email document. That will show the IP address that the mail originated from and from there you can quickly match it to any suspect you have in your head. That's worked for me several times. Sadly, you're likely to know the person who sent it...

BTW - my 'phone was knocked @ the Paris gig so I lost your (and everyone elses) number. Mail me or call me @ work with your details. I'm here @ STV 'til 11:30pm (Tuesday) or from 3:30 - 11:00 pm tomorrow evening.

i've got an offending e-mail before from one of the forum members before too. i don't wanna say who it is, but it wasn't a regular and it too was an isolated incident. it really upset me. after that, i just keep my e-mail to myself cuz if they want a bone to pick, pick it on the forum! i seriously get :\pissedoff: when people are too cowardly to say what they really feel on the forum...and instead try to send it through e-mail cuz they're afraid of being exposed as a twit. :finger:
