YEs -he may have SMOOTH ceilings. The REAL answer is that the artex needs plastering over to get it SMOOTH again but this is expensive and time consuming.

Time goes so quickly. Sorry Disco w/ this delay. Excellent news w/ your humour. Credit eh, to you and the state of affairs then.. Never heard of Snow Angels. In essence the outline of a Jumping Jack that is made when one falls back- supine, face up, into a layer of real snow. Only lines ;-) are the clean edge if you keep your arms not much higher than level shoulder height and the snow is lightly packed. Luck w/ work and everything Rocket.
