The B-52s.

I just hope that this doesn't prompt people to go around singing that stupid "love shack" song again. It was hard enough not to take an axe to them 15 years ago . . .

I like this quote:

"There's more electronica on it," he said. "It's up-tempo and a bit sexed-up. It's sexier than ever."

You mean they can be more sexy than Rock Loster!

So is anyone going to one of their upcoming concerts? That would be an interesting report, I would imagine.

Like this:

"New album: The B-52's have gone back to their Athens, GA roots to record the second half of their long-awaited new album. They are currently in the studio crafting some heavy grooves with producer Steve Osborne (KT Tunstall, New Order, Manic Street Preachers) and programmers Damian Taylor (Bjork) and Pete Davis (New Order). We project a release of fall 2007! Keep your fingers crossed and stay tuned. Definitely stay tuned. In the meantime, read the updates from Keith and Kate and Fred for more info"

I got their hits album a few weeks ago (for €2.50 in TESCO of course!) It was so good i would have happily paid €4 MORE for it!

Dear Lord, say this is not thrue. Their past few really sucked. Wifey loves Bouncing Off Satellites but that is a horid lp. The first two and Part Mix is where they should have stopped.

Lost virginity listening to Cake from party Mix.
