From the evidence of the latest scandals, who's got their head furthest up their arse then?
USA: Scooter Libby let off a jail sentence and may be pardoned cause he's Dubyas mate.
Japan: politician forced to resign because he said the dropping of nuclear bombs was inevitable (which it was). This in a country where it's OK for the PM to worship at a shrine dedicated to the memory of war criminals
Makes our cash for questions look like rational behaviour.

on the bright side of things, he did this because he has no political capital left and is a lame duck president. Their is no political future for him so he has nothing to worry about when abusing his office like this. Nothing left to lose you may say.
