Dammit, I thought this thread was going to be about Catholic resistance to the Nazis. Only read about them recently, in 'Explaining Hitler', interesting book. Still think the Catholic church itself has a dismal record in that respect, but credit where credit's due, they were a courageous bunch.
I'm too old to listen to any more new bands, that part of my brain is now full, sorry.
have caught them as support band twice now & have to say wasn't that impressed either time, didn't know they were still going!
I could only handle about 30 seconds or so of the first choon...
I thought it sounded like Sisters of Mercy with Robert Smith on vocals...

Not a bad band though lead singer's voice grates after a bit.
DEBORAH CARNE is the mutts nuts though.
