First, we all know the George Wanker Bush did NOT win the 2000 elections.
Then, how the hell did he get a second term? Well, aside from the dogs voting, it's his Oct. 3, 2003 speech in Milwaukee that has hypnotic powers that made some Americans to vote for him. After the elections, they denied voting for him.
