According to their boss he doesn't expect his officers to adhere to the same standards of public decency as everyone else. could ANYONE watch a kid drown?????

Odd how they were mysteriously omitted from the inquest.
Felt kin sick when I heard this on the radio today on the way home from work. Police spokesmans excuse was that the two officers hadn't been trained. Unbelievable. This country really is going to hell in a handcart. No-one in their right mind could stand and watch a kid drown in 6 foot of water. Jesus wept.
